POLICIES

There is a $25 deposit required on ALL services. Once your appointment is established, you can Venmo me at @beautyxkae. Appointments are NOT set in stone until I receive the deposit. Deposits are used to hold your spot and goes towards your service. They are non-refundable. Can only be transferred to reschedule if you cancel 48hrs in advance!

Late & No-Shows

Everyone will receive a 10 min grace period. Any time after that will result in a reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. You will have to pay a new deposit for your rescheduled appointment! Please be mindful and try your best to be prompt. Future services will not be rendered for no call no shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, which must be paid in full in order to rebook.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service cost at my discretion.

For all braiding services you are required to provide hair. The hair I use is Xpressions 52' Pre-Stretched braiding hair and you're able to find this at Luxury Beauty Supply on HWAY 58 or US Beauty Mart on Brainerd Road.

All Boho styles will require a little maintenance. I recommend detangling boho curly pieces once a week with a little leave-in conditioner and water. Also, braid your hair up in two big braids every night to prevent tangling.
For the best boho experience, I recommend using 100% human hair for your curly pieces. Although a little pricier, your curly strands will last a lot longer than a synthetic blend. Therefore allowing you to enjoy your protective style longer.
For the curly boho pieces I recommend the Mayde Beauty Bloom Bundle Pre-stretched in Deep Bulk or Freetress bulk human hair in deep bulk or water wave. Both can be purchased at Luxury Beauty Supply on Highway 58 or on Amazon.
